Where do you ship?

MagpieSoul ships to most countries around the world, but due to the current laws of the UK, we are unable to ship there. If you are in the UK, please message me so I can possibly set up a custom Etsy listing for you.

⭐️ Please note that if you are outside of the USA, you will be responsible for paying VAT, customs fees, taxes and/or duties upon receipt of your order.

International orders VAT & customs information?

When we ship you a package internationally, it will very likely be subject to VAT, import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country and these extra fees will be due once your items arrive in your country and/or customs.

VAT, import duties, taxes & charges, etc., are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges on MagpieSoul.com. 
as the buyer, you are responsible to comply with the laws and regulations of your country in regards to paying these fees.


Import charges can vary but are most commonly based on the price you paid and type of item you ordered, taxes, duties & fees of your country, package weight & dimensions, etc.

MagpieSoul is not able to guess or assume which of these fees will be applied, and we are NOT responsible to calculate or collect any of these fees or taxes from you at the time of checkout.

If you reject your package when it gets to your country because you don't want to pay for the VAT / customs fees, MagpieSoul cannot refund you.

By purchasing from MagpieSoul.com, you agree with all this info & are bound to these Terms.

Because MagpieSoul sells so many different types of goods, upon completion of your order, your items will be reviewed to be sure they can be shipped & allowed into your country.
Should anything happen to be not allowed in your country, MagpieSoul reserves the right to cancel & refund the order.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is processed, packed and scheduled to be picked up by the mail carrier.

Shipping / Processing Times

Upon completion of payment, your items will be processed, packed & labeled with tracking information, then shipped out.

Most orders are processed within 24 hours.

MagpieSoul is NOT responsible for packages lost, stolen or delayed once a tracking number has been assigned and the package has been picked up & scanned by the postal carrier.

In the event of a delay in processing times, MagpieSoul will contact you promptly via the e-mail that you provided at the checkout when placing your order.

How long will my package take to get to me?

MagpieSoul is located in Louisiana in the southern region of the United States. 

The estimated shipping times listed below are the estimated amount of time your order will take to get to you after you receive a shipping confirmation.

These estimations are average time frames based upon prior orders and may be impacted even more during the holiday season.

⭐️USA (Free shipping/USPS first class): 3 days-2 weeks


⭐️USA (USPS priority mail): 2 days-1 week


⭐️Canada: (USPS first class international package) 2-4 weeks

⭐️Everywhere else: (USPS first class international package) 4-8 weeks

It is important to note that even if the area you live in has eased restrictions, shipping may still be heavily impacted by the global pandemic.

Please make sure that you enter your address information correctly at the checkout to avoid any confusion or delays.

Your item will ship to the default address on the invoice that's shown to us after your payment clears.

MagpieSoul is NOT responsible for packages lost, stolen or delayed once a tracking number has been assigned and the package has been picked up & scanned by the postal carrier.

Returns & Refunds

How do I return an item?

Because this is a small business, at this time we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges on any purchases from this site.

Please view all product photos & read descriptions very carefully before submitting your order. By purchasing from this site, you understand & are bound by these terms.

Even if you refuse delivery and acceptance of your package from the mail carrier, we cannot refund it.

After your package is assigned a tracking number, it is now out of our control. we cannot refund packages that are late, lost, etc. This is a carrier issue, not a MagpieSoul issue.

I have an issue with my order. Can you help?

Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the item(s), & contact us within 24 hours of receipt at info@MagpieSoul.com if you received the wrong item, so that the situation can be evaluated & resolved for you as quickly as possible.

Usually, if the error is on MagpieSoul‘s part, the item(s) will be re-sent at no cost to you if they are still in stock.
in the event that the item(s) in question are out of stock, you will receive a full refund.

This policy does not apply to orders that are damaged during shipping. 

That’s a postal service issue. If you paid for insured shipping, contact the post office or me and I will do my best to help you.

Can I file a chargeback?

Chargebacks are financial disputes filed through credit card companies, banks, PayPal & other financial institutions. 

They harm small businesses and cause both the seller & buyer unnecessary stress & work.

Please ensure that you have read through all of the FAQ, Terms of Service & Shipping information on the site before you order so that you can familiarize yourself with MagpieSoul’s website procedures. 

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at info@MagpieSoul.com and we will do our best to resolve any issues in accordance with our website’s policies.

Since these policies have been laid out for everyone, in the event that a chargeback is issued against MagpieSoul‘s site, we will consider this evidence of fraud & will show proof of the buyer’s agreement to the shipping & terms of service, time stamps of the buyer's accepting & agreeing to the terms, & other evidence to dispute the claim.
