by purchasing any item, you are confirming that you have read our policy page and agree to all of it, you're confirming that you looked at all of the photos, you asked questions when you weren't sure, you understand that we do not accept returns, you are SURE you want the item, and you are VERY sure that if you're buying a book that you know your traveler's notebooks and insert sizes well enough to want the book. you also agree that if you get this item and you don't like the choice you made, that it is not magpieSOUL's fault and it is now your item anyway.
It sounds bad, but it really isn't that bad! Just ask questions if you need help!

-NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS-
I pay my bills with every bit of income I receive from jewelry, planner and art sales.
After paying those bills, I like to buy more pretty stuff to make pretty stuff with, so I do not offer refunds because every penny I receive goes to bills and art supplies.
Please make sure you REAAAALLLLLY want what you are purchasing before you submit your order.  Thanks! :)
Even if you don't accept your package from the mail carrier, I can't refund it.

We accept all major credit cards as well as direct bank transfers through Paypal.

BECAUSE WE SELL SO MANY DIFFERENT ITEMS,
UPON COMPLETION OF YOUR ORDER, WE WILL REVIEW THE LIST OF ITEMS THAT ARE ALLOWED INTO YOUR COUNTRY AND IF ANYTHING YOU PURCHASED IS NOT ALLOWED TO BE MAILED TO YOU, WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUND AND CANCEL YOUR ORDER.
Also, we don't lie on customs forms to help you dodge fees. Sorry.
When we ship you a package internationally, it will most likely be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country and more than likely they will be due once your items arrive in your country and/or customs.
Import duties, taxes & charges, etc etc etc, are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges. As the buyer, you are responsible to comply with laws and regulations of your country in regards to paying these fees. :) Thanks.
Import charges can vary but are most commonly based on the price you paid and type of item you ordered, taxes, duties and fees of your country, package weight and dimensions, etc.

MagpieSoul is not able to guess/assume which of these fees, if any, will be applied, and we are NOT responsible to calculate or collect any of these fees or taxes.
If you reject your package when it gets to your country because you don't want to pay for the fees, we can't refund you and by purchasing from this site, you agree with all this info and understand.

While we like to work as quick as possible, we have NO idea how long the turnaround time is for international shipping to you.

We've even heard that things can sometimes get hung up in customs which can delay delivery.


We sometimes take custom orders.
It all depends.
Contact us with what ideas you have and please provide all details about what it is that you want made and we can go from there!
We TRY to ship pre-made items ASAP! BOOKS TAKE LONGER!
Usually, upon completion of payment, and if your items are NOT traveler's notebooks,  your items will ship within 1-3 business days.
 (UNLESS IT'S A CUSTOM ORDER OR PRE-ORDER THAT WE HAVE TO MAKE FROM SCRATCH - LIKE A TRAVELER'S NOTEBOOK - THOSE TAKE LONGER - PLEASE SEE FRONT PAGE FOR PROCESSING TIMES ON CUSTOM/MADE TO ORDER ORDERS) 

Custom orders take a little longer because they are hand made. We are not Amazon Prime!

 

If there will be any delays in shipping, someone will contact you promptly via the e-mail you provided at the checkout.
Please make sure you enter your address information correctly on this site and on PayPal so that there is no confusion or delay on you receiving your package.
Your item will ship to the default address on the screen that's shown to me after your payment clears.
So, whatever address you enter is where it's going. :)

If you are worried about your package getting lost or stolen or undelivered, please be sure to select insured shipping at the checkout!

If your package gets lost or stolen or undelivered, contact the postal service(s) that were handling your shipment. We can't file a claim for you. Sorry. :(

ATTENTION:  THE USPS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PACKAGE AS SOON AS WE GET IT SCANNED IN THE SYSTEM AND IT GETS ASSIGNED A TRACKING NUMBER.  IF SOMETHING HAPPENS AND IT GETS LOST, PLEASE FILE A CLAIM WITH THE USPS.
We will still do our best to help you, but we cannot be held responsible for "lost" or "stolen" packages that say "delivered" on our screen.

Everything on this site is on a "first-come-first-serve" basis.
I make "fashion" jewelry.
I do NOT make "fine" jewelry.
Please keep this in mind before ordering and expect some possible tarnishing of the metals over time or extended wear and tear.
